Having Tim play for us is a joy. Our people loved his personality and his choice of music. Tim will be welcomed to play for us anytime in the future. I have to admit I was a little hesitate in booking Tim because of a few reasons, one is I had never heard him live, and Tim does a one man show and I was afraid that our people would not accept that type of show,, boy was I wrong! Tim played and he kept the attention of the audience and no one said anything about his show other than when is Tim coming back! We hope real soon!

We have had several different bands play here and there are a few that the people really like but our most requested is Tim Michaels. When I first meet Tim I was not sure how his one man show would work here but I went ahead and took a chance and I have been the post commander for a number of years and I have to say that no other band or man has or can do what Tim does, he is a treat to watch and hear! Our customers all love him and every week we have people wanting to know when is Tim booked again. To all those who have reservations I challenge you to give Tim Michaels a try at your next event you won't be disappointed!

When we first meet Tim and Kendra we felt a bond of friendship and when Tim told us he was a musician well as you all know being a promoter and owner I hear this all the time,, but when Tim started singing everybody got real quite and after he finished everyone wanted more. So I ask Tim if he put us on a show here at the G V Club and he told me that he would love to. Now I must say I have had and heard several one man shows but NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING like what Tim does! After the first song everyone here just loved him, its his personality and you can just tell he loves his audience and over here they love him too. I wish I could book him here every week-end but I know Tim travels and we are very happy when Tim and Kendra can come and visit with us. I would like to say that if you are a little backward about booking Tim because of the one man show take it from me after the first song you will change your mind! Tim has become our favorite band or singer however you want to say it. Good luck Tim and please , please, please , come back and play for us real soon!

Every year here in the town of Big Stone Gap Va we have our July the 4th celebration and for the past 8 years or so we have had the opportunity to have Tim as either the M C or a performer. Well one year we told Tim we wanted him to be the headliner and I must say that was the best show we have ever had here in this town. Tim and the band put on an amazing show and the people here love Tim so much, after Tim's performance the Mayor came up to me and said for the first time we got it right by booking Tim. Well later a few years later we found out that not only does Tim have a great band but he can and does perform with out them sometimes, and it just so happen that we got rained out and Tim said he would come back over and play for us the next day. I too have to admit that I was not to excited about booking Tim by himself but let me tell you all something that you may not believe,,,,, Tim tore the place apart,,, I mean the women were just going crazy!!! I have never seen anything like it! So for those of you that are thinking like I did,, change your thoughts fast,,,TIM IS THE REAL DEAL.... Whether you book him with his band or by him self you are definitely gonna get the best show this side of Nashville!

Tim is a one of a kind musician, my wife Judy writes songs and we both think that Tim is a jewel in the mountains of eastern KY. The folks here at the V F W love to hear him sing and play. I have watched Tim grow up since he was just a little boy here in eastern ky and it has been a joy watching his career develop. I book weddings and special events and when I book Tim I can always count on a professional sound system and and professional performance. I remember one time Tim was booked to DJ a wedding for me and he could not find the song the couple wanted for there first dance ,, it was a short notice,,lol,,, so Tim hooked up the keyboard and plugged in his Telecaster Guitar and sang the song,, well the Bride and Groom just could not believe it was Tim singing and after he finished they walked over and ask him if he could just go ahead and sing more instead of doing the D J thing, Yes Tim did just that and the place went rocking,,, My advice to anyone is to book this guy now because I really feel that someone from Nashville is gonna hear Tim and instead of getting him for the price now,,, it will cost you a lot more money to get him later,,, so yes Book Tim Michaels like I do a year or more in advance! We love you Tim and wish you the greatest success!

The first time I heard of Tim Michaels was thru a friend and then when I got the call that Tim had an open date I went ahead and booked him. I too have to admit I was not to sure how booking a one man show would work or even if it would? But as soon as Tim sang his first song and he came off the stage and started working the crowd I knew I had a jewel and this guy is the real thing! Tim has become our favorite artist and the people love him so much I have went to his other shows and there is one thing I have to say about Tim. It does not matter if there are 10 people or 10,0000 I have never seen anyone give so much of them selfs like he does no matter how big or small the crowd is, he plays and plays and plays. Being the owner of this club I can honestly say that Tim puts on the best show I have seen. I am a professional Line Dance Instructor and I know music when I hear it and if you want a professional show one that you would have to pay BIG Money to book, then Tim is your answer we will have him as many times as he wants to play here,, Tim the light is always on for you!

All of us her at Sound Lab Production Company and Big Tyme Management company in Nashville Tn have a deep love for Tim. When I first meet Tim he was working as a D J on a local radio station in southeastern KY. I had no idea that Tim was a musician and then one day Tim came into my office and sat down with his guitar and sang a song he wrote from that moment on I knew Tim was a jewel. I have never seen anyone with so much passion for the people that he plays for! I could feel every word and every note he sang that day. We signed Tim up with a booking contract and it has been a joy to work with him for almost 15 years. The most comments we get about Tim is why hasn't he made it big? Well if you get to know Tim you will see that just playing his music makes him big already, but as a booking agent I have to say the only reason Tim has not made it big time yet is because no one has taken the time to come watch him or listen to him if they did ,, yes Tim would be a nationally known artist I really do believe it! Every time we book Tim either with his band or by himself we get great reviews and I have to say that Tim is one of the easiest acts to book because of his personal love for the music. We wish Tim the best and hope to continue working with Tim, if you would like to book Tim I highly recommend doing so, either with our without the band Tim is a real treat to watch and listen too!

I Had The Recent Oppurtunity To Work With Tim At A Show In Frankfort KY At The
Country Place Jamboree CPJ Entertainment Center. This Was The First Time I Had
Heard Tim Play Live But hopefully Not the Last. I Can Say He Puts On One Of The
Best, No The Best, One Man Shows I've Ever Heard In My Years In Music. The Crowd
Was So Amazed By His Vocals And Stage Presence That After The first Song No One Even Noticed It Was A One Man Act. Hopefully I'll Have The Oppurtunity To Work With Tim In The Future And To All Those Folks Out There Thinking Of booking Tim He's One Of The Most Professional Musicians I Have Ever Met But A Down To Earth Just Plain Good Guy Also.

Buddy, Chris, Anthony, and Rob,
My boys and I met a real neat fellow over Labor Day weekend while camping at Levi Jackson Wilderness State Park. Tim Michaels is his name...and country music is what he does for a living...and he does it quite well. He was performing Friday night solo with 2 Ensoniq Keyboards and 8 diferent instruments. He is a very good entertainer with incredible vocal range, song writing skills, and guitar chops to boot. And in his closing He sang How Great Thou Art and gave a short bit of testimony (what a blessing!). He was playing a Fender amp with a Celestion speaker...my boy Nick and I hung around and introduced ourselves. He was also using a Eminence loaded Worx Audio mains. Nick and I ran into him again in the morning, helped him load out, and prayed for his career and related witness opportunities. We talked speakers and I promised to send him something
to try. I built a TexasHeat-4ohm in the lab and sent it to him. I included a couple shirts and plastic cups. His response is below. I wanted you guys to know about him if you ever cross paths with him...and so you could contact him with appreciation for flying our colors on the road. I have copied him here so you can follow up and he'll know how grateful we are. If we are looking for some entertainment for a special function he puts on a heck of a show!
